In the unlikely event that the Claim be deemed by a court not to be subject to arbitration, then it will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction located in the Gauteng Province of South Africa, which shall then constitute the only venue for the resolution of any such one or several disputes.
Unless it be contrary to a relevant provision of the prevailing laws, you hereby agree to submit a claim arising out of or related to the use of the terms and conditions no later than 1 year from the date of the incident, whereafter the claim will become null and void.
